Issue/Introduction

When trying to start JWP process there is an error in the log:

U00029402 An error occurred during artifact generation: java.security.InvalidKeyException: IOException : DER input, Integer tag error

Environment

Release : 21.x

Component : Automic Workload Automation

Cause

Wrong keystore format used.

Resolution

Change of public/private keys - in this case PKCS#8 to supported PKCS#12 helped to solve the issue.
