Automic agent was gray and when tried to start it shows message "CAPKI error occurred at 'etpki_ssock_write', error code ='00110002'.
On server side the agent was running fine.
To solve the issue we had to stop the agent and to start it again with the service manager dialog.

Check below mentioned configurtion on agent.
1. CAPKI is installed on the servers where the ServiceManager is installed and where Automation Engine is installed.
2. verify that the SAP agents have the following Service Manager entries in AWI:
d. Agent is linked to the Service Manager
3. SMGR_SUPPORT_LEGACY_SECURITY value and set to in the ‘Y’ in UC_SYSTEM_SETTINGS in client 0
