Unable to open the report while Windows job is in Active status

Issue/Introduction

It is not possible to open the report while Windows job is in Active status. When you open the report while the job is in Active status, it will keep trying to open.

Error Messages in the WP logs : U00009907 Memory dump 'Invalid Msg from <Agent>

Defect on Windows Agent.

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.

Additional Information

IMPORTANT Add-on:

This problem came up again on customer site after upgrading their System and their Windows Agents to 12.3.9 HF2.

The Root Cause was identified: this only happens, when the agents configuration contains 'logon=0' in the [GLOBAL]-section AND when the parameter ANONYMOUS_JOB is set to 'Y' in the Host Characteristic Table.

The problem is definitely fixed in version 21.0.4.
