Unable to export dashboard PDF from OC installed to RH Linux 8.4 or 8.5

Issue/Introduction

Trying to export a dashboard from OC is failing with Not able to generate PDF:

This happens with any type of dashboard, and regardless of where it is exported from.

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM OPERATOR CONSOLE - DASHBOARDS/DESIGNER

Cause

This is known to happen with RH Linux 8.4 and 8.5, and was related to a 3rd party component tied to these releases.

Resolution

Fixed in 20.4 + CU2
