Issue/Introduction

Using wildcard in file event path causes file event to fail with:

U00011700 Cannot find information for path 'C:\Automic\Automation.Platform\Agents\windows\temp\*.txt'.

This issue can also be seen when checking a file using a workflow precondition on a windows agent without a wildcard.

Message in the Windows agent log file:

This has been fixed with 21.0.3 and will be fixed in 12.3.9

As a workaround, use older versions of windows agent, i.e. 12.3.7 or lower. For v21 use 21.0.0 or 21.0.3
