Issue/Introduction

Running JOB08DEM IVP job for the Easytrieve product and getting the following errors:

Environment

Easytrieve Report Gen, Release: 11.6

 

Resolution

The EZOPTBL option file used with true release 11.6 is created via the JOB06OP1 JCL, found in the CBAAJCL library.

When this option file is created, please ensure that .ezoptbl is the lowest level qualifier for this name.

If it was created with this naming standard, please confirm that it is linked into the EZTINI member of your CBAALOAD library.  This can be confirmed by viewing the EZTINI member in your CBAALOAD and doing a find twice on 'eztini'.  You should expect to then see the created option file name.  If not, please rerun JOB06OP1 to link it.  Then this will resolve the abend.
