A GEL script-based process seems to error out randomly. Bg log shows this generic error when it happens:
ERROR 2022-02-05 07:59:36,496 [Custom script execution pool-6-thread-11] utilities.BpmErrors (clarity:admin:38324887__28872B68-7FB0-4B03-B7AC-54E12E42F86A:none) BpmErrors::getExceptionTrace(String arg) =>
com.niku.union.utility.MessageKeyException: BPM-0545: An error occurred when executing custom action.
It is occurring in various servers. A full restart of services does not help.
The issue started happening in the last month or so, though nothing major has changed with respect to the data. No other competing jobs or processes running at this time.
It seems that the error could be in the XOG logout step. Is there a timeout issue or some other problem causing this?

Component : CLARITY BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT
This can be due to a large # of processes being in aborted or done State.
Delete all aborted processes. It's also recommended to review KB: Maintaining the Process Engine in Clarity for additional ongoing maintenance that can help alleviate this issue.
