Issue/Introduction

Forced ring traces are being generated when agent does not have enough free resources.

Resolution

Workaround:

1. Determine which agents are used in the host group
2. Logon to client 0000
3. Set WORKLOAD_MAX_JOB to not 0 (or high enough where a job will have the resource available to run) in the UC_HOSTCHAR* used by the agent

Additional Information

The impact of that bug, can be various, from very light to heavy. In the worst case this can heavily impact the performance of the Automation Engine. This can be the case if the agent, affected by this bug, is extremely active. Under this circumstances the Agent will throw ring traces in very high frequency, this may cause the system to become unresponsive in some cases.
