Issue/Introduction

Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) のデバイス制御に使用するデバイス ID を確認するためのツール DevViewer を入手したい。

Resolution

DevViewer は Windows のハードウェアデバイスツリーを表示します。このツールを使用すると、デバイスの GUID またはデバイス ID を簡単に確認・コピーして、Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) コンソールのデバイス制御ポリシーで使用できます。

DevViewer は、ダウンロードポータル からダウンロードできる Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_<バージョン>_Full_Installation_<言語>.exe (フリーウェアの 7-zip で解凍可能) 内の tools フォルダか 英語版技術文書 から入手できます。

注: SEP 14.3 RU2 より DevViewer はインストールメディアに含まれなくなったため、英語版技術文書からダウンロードする必要があります。
