Issue/Introduction

JOBS Command Started Failing on Windows Agent.  The commands used in the Process tab consisted of a cd and a gpg encrypt command.  

The following message showed up:

U00000007 This function has not yet been implemented.
U00011000 'JOBS.NAME' (RunID: '0006139061') could not be started on 'AGENT_NAME'. See next message.

The commands can be run the command prompt on this server but not from the JOBS.

Resolution

The problem was that the automic user was not loading it's profile completely since there had been a change to the group policy that affected the agent server. 

The group policy was updated processes now run correctly

Additional Information

Make sure that user starting the agent has enough permission.
