Issue/Introduction

Symantec Data Center Security (SDCS) 、Symantec Critical System Protection (SCSP) サーバーで問題が発生した際にサポートへ提出するログの取得方法について説明します。

Resolution

SDCS Manager サーバーのログを収集するには情報収集スクリプトを実行します。
このスクリプトも SDCS / SCSP Manager サーバーとともにインストールされており、ローカルから実行できます。

手順は SDCS のパスで記載しております。SCSP ご利用の場合は Symantec Data Center Security 部分を Symantec Critical System Protection と読み替えて下さい。

SDCS / SCSP Management サーバーのログを収集する手順

SDCS Manager サーバーのログを収集するには情報収集スクリプトを実行します。

1. 管理者権限で管理サーバーにログオンします。
2. [スタート] >[プログラム] > [Symantec Data Center Security Server] > [Collect Server Info]をクリックします。
3. コマンドプロンプトが表示され、以下のようなメッセージが表示されます。

以下メッセージ例
Collecting Install Logs...
Collecting Event Logs...
Collecting System Info...
Collecting Registry Info...
Collecting App Server Logs and Settings...
Collecting Database Logs and Settings...
Collecting Server Environment Settings...
Collecting Agent Info...
Zipping Info...
Cleaning Up...

*** Please send the ZIP file:
***   "C:\Users\ADMINI~1\AppData\Local\Temp\2\sis_server_[Day]_[Time]_MACHINENAME.zip"
*** to Symantec Support

Unified Management Console (UMC) のログを収集する手順

1. 管理者権限で UMC コンソールにログオンします。コンソール右上の接続先が [Unified Management Console] となっていることを確認します。
2. [監視] > [ログをダウンロード] と進み [DCS Unified Management Console］のチェックボックスをクリックし、［ダウンロード］をクリックします。 
3. ブラウザ経由でログのダウンロードが始まります。
