エラー: HTTPS certificates related error (35) で cafagent デーモンが停止する

Issue/Introduction

Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) for Linux クライアントを 14.3 RU2 にバージョンアップしてから、数日後に cafagent サービスが停止する。下記のエラーが記録されている。

/var/log/messages:

systemd: cafdaemon.service: main process exited, code=killed, status=6/ABRT
systemd: Unit cafdaemon.service entered failed state.
systemd: cafdaemon.service failed.

/var/log/sdcss-caflog/cve.log:

util.httpsender [2021-Dec-16 07:23:54.125674] [WARN ] HTTPS certificates related error (35) Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:443
