Error in Server routine UCDS_R - Cannot load conversation memory

Issue/Introduction

WP's generate forced traces with the below error message:

Message U00011801 Error in Server routine 'UCDS_R ', Server: 'UC4#WP007' AE system: 'UC4'.
Message U00003422 WARNING: Cannot load conversation memory '6416cb32' for server routine 'UCDS_R'.

Environment

Release:  12.3.7 (below)

                 21.0.0 

Component: Automation Engine

Sub-Component: Unix agents

Cause

The issue occurs while requesting long job reports of tasks running on Unix agents with version 12.3.7 or below and 21.0.0 respectively.

This is identified as a defect by Engineering

Resolution

Update to a fixed version listed below or a newer version if available.
