Tasks Timeline does not show newly created tasks if there are no tasks already on the project

Issue/Introduction

If there are no tasks on an investment, when you are on the Modern User Experience (UI/UX) Timeline view, using (clicking) the '+' button, the task is created, but you do not see the task displayed unless the page is manually refreshed - either by using the browser refresh or navigating away and returning to the timeline. This may cause you to click the '+' button multiple times, thereby creating additional tasks that may not be needed. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

  1. Create a new project in the project list grid (not from template) - so it has no tasks
  2. Navigate to that project Tasks Module
  3. Click on the Timeline icon
  4. Click on the '+' button a few times - nothing seems to happen
  5. Navigate to Board and back - you see tasks

Expected Results: Clicking on the + button creates tasks but doesn't refresh the Timeline as they are created. 

Actual Results: The Timeline is empty until the page is refreshed.
