Issue/Introduction

In the Modern User Experience (UX / MUX), you are not able to use the Conversation feature in Staffing>>Detail>>Conversation. Typing the '@' character does not return any suggestions, even though Staffing - Navigate access rights are granted.

If looked at with Developer tools, it throws a console error

TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'then')


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Developer tools in browser
  2. MUX, go to Staffing
  3. Click on a resource
  4. Click Details
  5. Click Conversations
  6. Type @<ResourceName>

Expected Results: You are able to tag another resource

Actual Results: No resources are suggested for tagging. You will see the error in the Dev tools console. Nothing is logged in the app-ca.log
