TLS secured emails are delayed after upgrade to 10.7.3

Issue/Introduction

Following the upgrade to Messaging Gateway (SMG) 10.7.3, emails delivered from some sources to SMG which are TLS secured show an increase in the "abort message" action indicating that the SMTP session has been interrupted.

Cause

This is potentially caused by using the AES256-SHA cipher when negotiating TLS. 

Resolution

This issue has been resolved with the SMG 10.8.0 release.
