Assignment creation API-1006 error (MUX)

Issue/Introduction

When trying to create assignments on the MUX Assignment module, randomly it fails with error:

The assignment fails: API-1006 : The value 'internalID' for Attribute 'task' is not in expected format or is invalid. 

Steps to Reproduce:  

  1. Go to the Modern UX 
  2. Select a project Blueprint and add the Assignments module 
  3. Add two Staff members: Res A, Res B 
  4. Create two tasks: Task A and Task. Do not assign anyone at task level 
  5. Go to the Assignments module 
  6. Click the '+' sign to create an assignment:  Task A and Res B combination assignment 
  7. Click the '+' sign to create an assignment:  This time, the combination is Task B and either of the 2 staff members 

Expected Results: The assignment to be created. 
Actual Results: The assignment fails: API-1006 : The value '5081000' for Attribute 'task' is not in expected format or is invalid. 

Log file error:

ERROR 2021-09-07 04:09:08,615 [http-nio-80-exec-1006] ppm.rest (clarity:admin:5571049__DF95F7FF-EEAA-4F24-BBA9-1644DE41B0A8:PPM_REST_API) ODFObjectMarshaller :: Cannot create or update resource. Mis-match in parent ID given in URL (value: 5012005) and the parent reference attribute(task) given in payload (value: 5012006).

Cause

DE62437 - It happens the same, whenever you use the Insert Row Below option when right clicking on an existing task if the task you select is different to the one you currently have selected. 

Workaround: Try again or create the Assignments on the Task module by selecting the Task and going to the Assignments menu on the Details pane.
