In EDR 4.6, unable to upload new TAA license

Issue/Introduction

You cannot upload a license for the TAA component of SEDR. When you do, you receive an error.

Release : 4.6.0

Cause

In version 4.6, TAA is automatically activated with the SEDR main license.

The WebGui element for the license still remains accessible in 4.6, but its use is deprecated. Previously there were resolved issues with TAA licensing since versions 4.3 which may have caused confusion.

Resolution

Do not attempt to manually upload your SEP license into SEDR 4.6 and later, this will create errors. Existing Licensing errors generally resolve after 2 hours following a correctly configured installation or upgrade.
