Task Timeline Gantt bars do not end in the right place when Quarters are selected in MUX

Issue/Introduction

Gantt bars are not being placed correctly when Quarters are selected as periods in the Modern User Experience (UX)

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Navigate to the Modern UX -> Projects -> Tasks Timeline
2. Create Tasks with the following Start and End Dates:
   • Task 1:
     Start Date = 1-Aug-2021
     End Date = 31-Dec-2021
   • Task 2:
     Start Date = 1-Oct-2021
     End Date = 31-Dec-2021
3. Click on "View Options". Select Periods = Months. Notice where the Gantt bars end
4. Click on "View Options". Select Periods = Quarters. Notice where the Gantt bars end

Expected Results: Gantt bars end at the end of Month = Dec 2021, and Quarter = Q4 2021. 

Actual Results: Gantt bars end at the end of the Month = Dec 2021. However, they do not end at the edge of Quarter = Q4 2021.
