You are upgrading the Broadcom Account from Basic user to Enterprise user and getting an Error: Unable to process site id. Please contact Customer Care or you are unable to go further/stuck from Review page after submitting the details.
If your company address has special character or the portal is not moving further after the preview page and selecting Confirm & Continue.
Follow the below steps and complete the upgrade process to become an Enterprise user
The request will either route to your current Site ID user administrator or if the Site ID does not have an active administrator, to Broadcom Customer Care. Customer Care will process your request within 24 hours or less.
