Unable to see Views after upgrade to 15.9.3

After the upgrade, some users can no longer see some of the views in Modern User Experience (UX) pages such as Risks / etc. Are they erased/deleted?

Below are a few options for users to use the views post upgrade:
- Admin users with Views - Administer permission are able to see the views and can then set them to Default if needed after the upgrade.
- We recommend before upgrading to 15.9.3 to ask your users to take screenshots of views they use that belong to another user and recreate them
- Or, users can ask the view owner to share the view with them
