Unable to see Views after upgrade to 15.9.3+

Issue/Introduction

After the upgrade, some users can no longer see some of the views in Modern User Experience (UX) pages such as Risks / etc. Are they erased/deleted?

Additional areas views may be reported missing:

• Project Grid
• Timesheets
• Idea Grid

Environment

Release : 15.9.3 and higher

Cause

We have now unshared all views with the new Enhanced Views functionality, described here: Change Impact and Upgrade in Section Enhanced Saved Views in Clarity

Resolution

Below are a few options for users to use the views post upgrade:

1. Admin users with Views - Administer permission are able to see the views and can then set them to Default if needed after the upgrade.
2. We recommend before upgrading to 15.9.3+ to ask your users to take screenshots of views they use that belong to another user and recreate them
3. Or, users can ask the view owner to share the view with them
