Duplicated roadmap items after upgrade to 15.9.2

Issue/Introduction

Since we upgraded to 15.9.2, sometimes when accessing a Roadmap we see duplicated Roadmap items on the Grid view. When returning later on to the same Roadmap the items display correctly. It seems intermittent.

We have also noticed that when this happens, the Roadmap Timeline view does not load.

Cause

This is caused by DE60687

Resolution

This is fixed in 15.9.2.1 and 15.9.3
