Where to find and what is valid format for mincref/ClientNet ID in CMP

Issue/Introduction

You are configuring Data Loss Prevention Cloud Service for Email in the Symantec Data Loss Prevention Cloud Management Portal (CMP) and you are not sure where to find and what is the correct format of ClientNet ID.

Component: Data Loss Prevention Cloud Service for Email, Email Security.cloud

Resolution

ClientNet ID is the same number as "Account ID" in Email Security.cloud. Please go to ClientNet (Email Security.cloud portal), under Dashboard > Administration > Domain Transfer you will find "Account ID". The correct format is: ABC1234.
