Where to find the ClientNet Login ID while configure DLP CDS in Forwarding Mode

Issue/Introduction

You are configuring Configure CDS-Email in Forward Mode in the Symantec Enterprise Console and you are not sure where to find and what is the correct format of ClientNet Login ID.

Environment

Release: All versions.

Component: Data Loss Prevention Cloud Service for Email, Email Security.cloud

Resolution

ClientNet Login ID is the same number as "Account ID" in Email Security.cloud.

Please go to ClientNet (Email Security.cloud portal), under Dashboard > Administration > Domain Transfer you will find "Account ID". The correct format is: ABC1234.
