Where is CasmPlayApi folder for xFlow application?

Issue/Introduction

The xFlow application uses CasmPlayApi and playtempxxxxxxx folders for caches and sometimes for troubleshooting reason, Service Desk admin would need to clear those and restart xFlow. Due to some patch level changes the location(s) of these folders changed and this tech details where they are.

Resolution

Before RU4, all these playtempxxxxx and CasmPlayApi folders are under C:\Windows\Temp folder(for windows) or /tmp directory(for Linux/AIX). However, in order to improve the product application, starting from RU4, while playtenpxxxxx folders are still under C:\Windows\Temp folder(for windows) or /tmp directory(for Linux/AIX), CasmPlayApi now is under /opt/CA/xFlow/APPS/temp.
