Issue/Introduction
The incremental load data warehouse (LDWH / DWH) sometimes is not updating records as expected.
Cause
This can be due to doing unsupported direct database updates.
- The incremental load data warehouse job looks at the last_updated_date on the record.
- When doing direct database updates, the last_updated_date does not get updated.
Environment
Component : CLARITY SAAS DATA WAREHOUSE
Resolution
Use supported XOG or API functions to update records.
