What are the data center names and locations?
What are the Web Isolation IP addresses and ranges that must be permitted on firewalls?
What are the Web Isolation ingress and egress subnet ranges?
Resolution
Explicit Proxy and Proxy Chaining Configurations
If the connectivity to Web Isolation Cloud is regulated by stringent firewall rules, you must adjust those firewall rules to allow traffic to pass to the IP address ranges listed in the following tables.
Given the elastic nature of the cloud infrastructure and services, minimize reliance on IP addresses. Use domain names whenever possible so that changes in the underlying IP addresses do not affect connectivity to the service.
Third-party application providers who restrict connections by source IP must be updated to accept connections from the IP address ranges listed in the following tables.
Cloud SWG (formerly known as WSS) Customers
In addition to the IP addresses published in Cloud SWG Service ingress and egress IP addresses, third-party applications who restrict connections by source IP must be updated to accept connections from the IP address ranges listed in the tables below.
IP Addresses
The following tables provide the list of ingress and egress IP addresses.
All addresses are reserved exclusively for Broadcom Web Isolation customer traffic.
