DWH_FIN_TRANSACTION_FACTS is missing dwh_fin_transaction records

Issue/Introduction

The DWH_FIN_TRANSACTION table contains data, but when looking at the DWH_FIN_TRANSACTION_FACTS table data is missing.

The facts table seems like it's missing data, this happens after a job incremental run.

Cause

This is caused by DE59891

Resolution

Fixed in 15.9.3

Workaround: Run the Full Load Data Warehouse job
