Roadmap Timeline report splitting Swimlanes when Color By selection is chosen

Issue/Introduction

In the report, the swimlanes are not sorted, and the roadmap items are grouped under the swimlane with multiple instances of the swimlane grouping.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Roadmap
2. Create two picklists with values and colors
3. Create roadmap items and associate with both picklists
4. Setup timeline view to use one of the picklists for swimlanes and the other for color by
5. In Advanced Reporting, select Roadmap Timeline report
6. Select the Roadmap you created
7. Select the Fiscal Year of the data
8. Select Period for data
9. Select Swimlane picklist
10. Select Color By picklist
11. Apply the options

Expected Results:

The swimlanes are sorted, and the roadmap items are grouped under the swimlane with only one instance of the swimlane grouping. This is the same report in 15.9.1.1.

Actual Results:

The swimlanes are not sorted, and the roadmap items are grouped under the swimlane with multiple instances of the swimlane grouping.
