Default Scenario not translating on Roadmaps

Issue/Introduction

Default Scenario not translating to the language set up in account settings and instead is showing in English

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Log in to Clarity
2. Go to Personal ->Account settings
3. Change the language to Spanish or French
4. Go to New User Experience (UX)->Roadmaps
5. Open any Roadmap

Expected Results: Default scenario should be translated into the language set in Account Settings

Actual Results: Default Scenario is still in English
