System Actions in Processes erroring based on custom investments after upgrade to 15.9.2

Issue/Introduction

Running processes against custom investments with system actions throws error: BPM-0522: Internal Process Engine Error. Contact your site administrator 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

  1. Login as Administrator
  2. Create simple process based on the custom investments (Create Event), same issue observed on the Update event as well.
  3. Add system action to the Start start (for example updating Blueprint or Name)
  4. Validate process
  5. Create Custom Investment
  6. Observe process failed

Expected Results: Process completes successfully

Actual Results: process errors BPM-0522: Internal Process Engine Error. Contact your site administrator (Error executing action).
