Issue/Introduction

 When attempting to run the Load Data Warehouse job (DWH), an error is received:

ERROR: ENCOUNTERED EXCEPTION WHILE DELETING FROM TABLE DWH_TRD_TREND. relation "dwh_trd_ppm_trends" does not exist

Cause

The DBLink between the Data Warehouse database and the Clarity database is broken

Environment

Release : All Supported

Component : CLARITY DATA WAREHOUSE

Resolution

The DBLink needs to be recreated to resolve this error. This documentation provides the steps to perform this task:

  1. Go to: Install and Configure the Data Warehouse
  2. Look for the section: Set Up a Database Link for the Data Warehouse
