The management port on my appliance is no longer accessible after rebooting my appliance.

Issue/Introduction

After rebooting the 8880 appliance the management port becomes inaccessible.

Environment

This only occurs on hardware appliances capable of operating in dual inline mode.

• Dell R730 (Model 8880)
• Dell R720 (Model 8880)

Cause

The SEDR appliance is using dual inline mode and after rebooting the 8880 network interface's alias mapping is incorrect.

Resolution

This will be resolved in a future release of SEDR.

Please contact support for assistance in resolving this issue in a remote support session.  Remote access through iDRAC will be required.
