Per Period Metrics TSV Actuals and some ETCs missing

Issue/Introduction

Data is blank on the Staff Per Period Metrics TSV for some ETCs and also actuals, but totals display. 

Error seen in the bg-ca.logs:

com.niku.union.persistence.PersistenceException: 
SQL error code: 8115 
Error message: [CA Clarity][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Arithmetic overflow error converting expression to data type int. 
SQL error code: 3621 
Error message: [CA Clarity][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]The statement has been terminated. 

Environment

Release : 15.9.1

Component : CA PPM PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Cause

This issue is caused by: DE59946 and related to the new SQLCurve functionality introduced in 15.9.1

Resolution

This issue is fixed in 15.9.1 patch 1 and 15.9.2.
