Issue/Introduction

When sorting the list of incidents in Symantec Endpoint Detection and Response (SEDR) Incident Manager by "Detection Type" the list of incidents is no longer displayed.  Navigating away from, and then back to, Incident Manager causes the list of incidents to be displayed again, however the list is still not sorted by "Detection Type".

Environment

Release : 4.5.0

Resolution

Broadcom Engineering resolved this issue in version 4.6.0. Please update to the latest build to receive this fix.

If you are unable to update then, as a temporary workaround, the incident list can be exported and opened in a third party program such as Microsoft Excel.
