In the Status list for Change Orders under the Administration tab, there is a Status named "Cancelled" that has the Code, "CNCL".
You may want to create a new Change Order Status that would cancel all remaining Workflow Task, similar to what is done by the existing "Cancelled" status, but with different behaviors.

Although it is possible to create a new status, it is not possible to associate the same behaviors that are associated with the "Cancelled" status.
The functionality that cancels the remaining workflow tasks is hard-coded in the Service Desk application for the "Cancelled" status.
