Issue/Introduction

One ore more jobs are running slower / taking longer to complete

Environment

Release : All Supported

Component : CA PPM SAAS INSTALLATION AND UPGRADE

Cause

This can be due to a slow running query

Resolution

On Premise customers: 

• Have the DBA check to see if there are any slow running queries and if there are init parameters or settings that may have changed
• If so, using SQL Tuning Advisor can provide recommendations to optimize performance

 

SaaS Customers:  Please contact Broadcom Support for assistance

Note: Generating a Clarity Action trace while reproducing the issue can help determine if there are any slow queries
