Issue/Introduction

When creating a cost plan, benefit plan or budget plan and selecting a start or end period the lookup presents periods from all entities on the system. You incorrectly have the ability to select fiscal period from other (incorrect) entities.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

  1. Log into Classic UI of a 15.8.x environment that has multiple entities 
  2. Select a Financially enabled project 
  3. Select Financial Plans 
  4. Click New Manual Plan  
  5. Click the binoculars next to the Start or Finish Period 

Expected Results: A single set of Fiscal periods. 

Actual Results: There duplicate periods, one for each entity.

This is caused by Defect DE58570
