Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition (Cloud) Endpoint Protection Cloud Endpoint Security

Issue/Introduction

Once you have received your SES Entitlement , locate the welcome email you received from [email protected]

Follow the steps in the email to verify your account and create a password. If you haven’t done so already, and log into your SES Enterprise account. If you have an account set up already, you can access SES Enterprise here.

Resolution

You do not need to apply any license key to the Symantec Endpoint Security cloud console. Your account and subscription information will be available automatically once you have your entitlement. Your subscription information is available in your SES Enterprise cloud portal under the "Subscription" tab.

If you cannot find your SES Enterprise product after you logged in:

  1. Make sure you used the same email address you received the welcome email
  2. Contact support, open a case, or chat with an agent

Creating additional administrator accounts

You can create additional administrator accounts from the SES Enterprise console. This is needed to:

  • Ensure that all of your SEP Cloud or SEP SBE administrators can work with SES Enterprise by adding SES administrator accounts for them.
  • Enable another administrator to perform the migration in addition to the first technical contact provided at contract/provisioning time.

For more information, open the Symantec Endpoint Security documentation and search for “creating an administrator account”.

Note for SESC customers: You don’t need to create accounts for every endpoint user. You only create accounts for other administrators who will manage SES.
