Issue/Introduction

Ever since upgrading to UIM v20.10 and hub/robot v9.30, we have been seeing the general communication error whenever trying to open/configure probes. This has been seen across multiple clients/hubs/robots/probes.

We usually have to wait 5 - 15 minutes after the failure to try again and succeed in opening the probe.
