OWB error: "The stream version from the server..." if OWB version doesn't match Clarity

Issue/Introduction

Open Workbench (OWB) error:  "The stream version from the server is not the same as the client's stream version"

Cause

This can be due to mismatch of Clarity and OWB Versions

Resolution

Make sure that the Clarity version matches the OWB version. Two versions might appear in OWB, such as '2.1.2 (15.6.0.320)'. The number inside the parenthesis is the one to check against Clarity.

• Clarity version can be checked inside the About section in the top right corner of the application.
• OWB version can be checked by clicking the blue 'i' icon in the top right corner of OWB.

If Clarity has been recently upgraded, then perform a clean reinstall of OWB.
