Financial reports slower/timing out after upgrade due to DE56072

Issue/Introduction

Some Out of the box (OOTB) Reports (Financial Forecast Review by Plan Grouping and Financial Capitalization by Investment reports) are running significantly slower/timing out after upgrade to 15.8

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. In Clarity 15.4.1, run the Financial Forecast Review by Plan Grouping and Financial Capitalization by Investment reports
2. Note the time they take to complete in that version
3. Now upgrade the same environment to 15.8, and run the same reports again

Expected Results: The reports to take approximately the same amount of time

Actual Results: The reports are significantly slower, and timing out

Resolution

Fixed in 15.9.2 as DE56072

Workaround: Create a custom report with the jrxml from 15.4.1 will make it execute fast again.
