CA Automic Workload Automation - Automation Engine

Issue/Introduction

Under normal circumstances, a JCP connection is created for a user when logging in to AWI. Additional connections may be created when the same user performs a search in AWI or created a REST connection.

These connections are reused and will closed after some minutes. There should normally 3-4 connection max par user. Anyway, when you log out, all your JCP connections will be closed.

However, sometimes it is observed that a JCP has more than 10, 20, even 30 JCP connections. In addition, these JCP connections are not closed after logging out.

As such, the number of JCP connections can become higher and higher and at some point the AE can be blocked.
