Issue/Introduction

How do I request an add / update to a user in Okta for Clarity SaaS / On Demand?

I have one or more users that need to be activated / enabled.

Environment

Clarity PPM SaaS Environments

Resolution

Open a case with Broadcom support providing the below details:

  1. Environment URL
  2. Username
  3. Change Requested for the user

When requesting the addition of a new user, also provide the following:

4. Does a user already exist in Clarity having the same username as specified on #2 above?

5. What issues/errors did the Okta Tenant Admin face while attempting to create this user?
