Unable to edit Task ETC in Modern UX in Assignment module

Issue/Introduction

If the ETC gets down to zero (from Actuals posted), then ETC totals column can not be updated in Assignments module

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

Prereqs
Project open for time using a blueprint with the Assignments module.
Resources added to Project Open for time
Tasks added to Project Open for time
Total ETC column in Assignments module

 

1.  In Project add 8 ETC in the ETC Total column to the assignment

2.  Create Timesheet and add 8 to the tasks assigned

3.  Submit, Approve and Post timesheet

4.  Go back to Project>>Assignments and see ETC Total column is 0

5.  Try to update ETC Total column.  

Expected Results - ETC updates

Actual results - You are able to enter in ETC but when tabbing out, the number is removed.

This is NOT reproduced in 15.9

Configured the TSV 'Total ETC' and Period ETC fields on the ASSIGNMENTS Module. The 'Total ETC' amount could be updated.
