CEE3501S The module TIRHSTGC was not found (Gen 8.5 online)

Issue/Introduction

After applying all PTFs, started a CICS regions using the Library with those PTFs.  When testing a blockmode application, get the following error:

CEE3501S The module TIRHSTGC was not found.                 
          From compile unit TIRHSTG at entry point TIRHSTG at entry offset +000002AC at address 306A194.    

The old nor the new CEHBPLD1 load library had this module.

Release : 8.5

Component : CA Gen Run Time, Distributed  CA Gen Run Time, Blockmode

Resolution

Apply the HOLDDATA from PTF RO68649.  The RO68649 PTF contains two HOLDDATA. One was to DEFINE PROGRAM TIRHSTGC to CICS  Once the definition to CICS was set, the problem was resolved.
