CA Gen: Toolset Open Model does not open explorer

Issue/Introduction

After installing CA Gen on Windows 10 workstation there is a problem where the Toolset function Open Model does not open the file explorer / browser.

Resolution

The problem is due to a missing Microsoft DLL named mfc140.dll.  This DLL is part of the "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable" and the redistributable is installed when the Gen Toolset is installed.  In the past it was noticed that the redistributable is not actually installed by the installation, but can be manually installed.  Look in the Gen installation folder, ..\Install\Gen, to find the vc_redist.x86.exe.  Manually run vc_redist.x86.exe with 'Run as administrator'.
