If the STATISTICS ... TASK clause of the SYSGEN SYSTEM statement is changed from WRITE to COLLECT, which SREPORTS will still work?

Yes.
The following SREPORTS don't require TASK statistics record and will still work with COLLECT:

1 3 12 13 14 15 16 17
