Issue/Introduction

I'm not receiving email notifications that are generated from a GEL script/process

Cause

This can happen if there is an issue with the process: if it errors or is stuck and the step to initiate an email notification hasn't yet been reached

Environment

Release : All Supported Releases

Component : CA PPM SAAS INSTALLATION AND UPGRADE

Resolution

  1. Check to make sure the process is running without any issues including errors/stuck
