Issue/Introduction

ntevl probe does not recognize Level of Windows Event log.
As a result, ntevl probe treats all Windows Event log with "Informational" Level.

Environment

ntevl probe any version.

Cause

Product limitation.
This issue occurs when [Language for non-Unicode programs] and [Display language for Welcome screen] are different.

In this example, Welcome screen is English while System locale is Japanese.

Resolution

Use the same language for [Welcome screen language] and [Current language for non-Unicode programs]and modify the language string configuration under the setup tab to reflect the error severity.
