What are the recommended Oracle parameters for Clarity running on 12.1.0.2 or 12.2.0.2?

National Character Set	UTF8/AL16UTF16
nls_date_format	YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS
nls_sort	BINARY
nls_comp	BINARY
query_rewrite_enabled	true
optimizer_inmemory_aware	false
optimizer_adaptive_reporting_only	true
optimizer_adaptive_plans	false
Cursor_sharing	FORCE

To improve performance on Oracle 12C 12.2.0.2 below parameters need to set additional to the above.

optimizer_features_enable='12.1.0.2'
"_fix_control" = '17800514:0'
